Well, the girls didn’t remember me right at first. Lots of hoop-la about my entering. Zoe’s fur was hackled and she was telling me I was not supposed to be there. Good girl!
That all changed once I found Sassy’s crate and let her out. I think that told Zoe I knew what I doing and WAS supposed to be there…plus the fact Sassy was climbing all over me. Love the crate and what it does to the dog’s psyche.
Anyway, the girls were fine. Zoe was a bit timid about the wet yard after sooo much rain. I really had to work to get her out in the yard to do her business. Sassy had no problems at all. We ate dinner, tried to go back outside, but mostly spent the remaining time playing indoors. Uhm….okay, your pet sitter found K’s rifle and had to do a few spins too. *embarrassed* YES! Even with the one digit with no gripping power, I can still spin.

Love the ears!!!
I already updated you about Ozzy and having to locate him. He was snoozing under one of the beds upstairs. I was a bit nervous about whether or not I would find him, so what a surprise I found him under the first bed I looked! Now that’s luck on my part!
After a period of kitty stretching his sleepy limbs, he finally realized I was there to give him attention. He was all over me at that point…such a sweet kitty.
I can’t decide if this is an awesome abstract picture on my part or a completely horrible one. I like the fact that he blurred in the picture during his rush to rub against me (kinda’ impression art), but would also like a clean one where you see all the features. Yeah, it’s late and I’m tired.

Yea! I now remember the name of your cat. He’s fun too. He always hears me and comes down from upstairs to see what’s going on. I love how he cuddles against Vinnie.
Speaking of Vinnie, he’s been a little freaked out by the fireworks set-off by the neighbor kids last night. It was nothing malicious; just some kids and their parents having a good time a few doors down. Vinnie hated it and has been hiding under your bed ever since. Needless to say, I’ve had to really cajole (read: bribe!) him to go outside. Meeka’s been not much of a problem, but Vinnie…yeesh! It’s also upset his tummy and he had an accident today of #2 inside.
I cleaned it up as best possible with some water and paper towels, but it will need more attention by you later. He’s better now though. I got him outside tonight and he calmed down a lot once out there by starting to act like a dog.
I always hate to see dogs so fearful of things like this and my heart just breaks for them.
On to the pic, which I got a good one of Charlie.

about your precious furkids. The recent storms knocked out Cox at my home. While cable was up within 12 hours, it took 36 hours for internet service to resume. Please know the daily notes are at your homes and if anything was serious I would have contacted you directly.
