Things have just been rolling along beautifully.  They’ve been just perfect angels and always the easier of pups that I have.  Got a great pic of Kenai doing the grass roll:

The girls have been on their best behavior, as if I would get anything else from them.  They’ve been utilizing their outdoor time with raucous play amongst each other.  It’s so much fun to watch them.

It was a fairly uneventful day, which I love.  Only one accident found this morning, but to be expected.  I’m still so impressed that Patty Kitty has overcome her fears and now even lets me pet her.  She’s such a sweet girl and just adore how she looks at me.

Another quiet day with the furkids.  Minnie has warmed up to me now, but still waiting on that final acceptance from Little Bit.  We all know Dixie LOVES everyone.  Definitely need to get a different furkid pic…maybe I’m smitten with Little Bit.  😀

The walk today was peaceful and tranquil.  Okay, who am I kidding?  You know how they are with Gabe shooting around while I’m trying to leash up the other two.  Then Gerty went on bunny patrol when one darted in front of her.  They finally calmed down (sort of) after a few blocks and had a grand time.

This evening was fairly quiet after dinner until Dutch decided to play a game of “chase me” with Gabe.  Okay, so it’s a nice evening and the decision was made they could take their game out to the dog kennel for the night.  🙂  No rain in the forecast so they should enjoy themselves there.

Love, love, LOVE this pic of Gerty

The girls were their usual selves today, even though Kenai did attempt to climb into my lap.  While I would have been happy to have her there, she decided she was a bit too big to fit.  🙂

Whew!  I’m not sure if you got my text message, but all is okay now.  The kids were very happy to see me and definitely ready to get outside for a bit.  You were right and they LOVE their food.  I was toodling around with the kitties, look down, and the pups were done!  Wow!

All is well with the furkids.  Dixie let me know when she was ready to return inside, but Little Bit and Minnie had to be coaxed a bit.  I think they were more interested in sunbathing.  🙂

Gracy was quite the vocal one this evening.  She just kept roaming around like she was the loneliest kitty.  All the petting in the world didn’t seem to console her, but she does now have food.  🙂  The pups have had a grand time.  I got them all back out this evening before Gabe started having excitement piddles (as he did last night).  All three had a good time at the back fence with another dog.  Then the evening ended when Gabe dropped his toy in the pool.  I thought about getting it out, but it was really time to wrap everything up with my visit.  I’ll pull it out tomorrow for the big guy, since he’s too afraid to stick his head under the water to get it.  Sheesh!  It’s only on the 2nd step.  Once quick dunk and he could have it back.  😀

The toy that's now in the water.

It was a quiet day and the kids have just been soooo perfect!!!  :-)Wait, not so quiet with once incident occurring this morning.  The pups certainly weren’t at fault either, but they were involved.  I mistimed sitting outside first thing this morning.  I was sitting on the edge of the porch watching the babies when I started to hear some sputtering.  “What is that?  ” I wondered.  The sprinkler system was starting up, but I didn’t figure it out until I got a full “splat” all over me.  Poor puppies were in the back of the yard, but I scurried faster than they did.  Needless to say, we all got a little soaked.  😀

So that’s my story of the day.  Your pet sitter is a dork.  😉

Older picture.  I swore I took one today of them.  Guess not.
